I keep waking up at this time every day ㅠㅠ
I always wake up in the early morning.. I need to sleep more ㅠㅠ Even if I can't sleep more, the time I fall asleep at night is similar... For now, I'll cover my phone and try to lie down ㅠㅠ

I also always wake up around 2 AM. Is it because of hormones... or just the weather? 🤔🤔 I personally think it's hormones... It could also be that your sleep cycle completes and you wake up. Are you feeling tired right now?? Hope you have a day without fatigue... 😁
