Managing my team is getting harder and harder
If I'm too lenient, I have no idea how far they'll push it. If I try to be firm, they whine about creating a hostile atmosphere. If I point out mistakes, they get defensive and argue instead of fixing them. If I suggest a better way to do things, they call me a boomer who thinks they're always right. If I offer constructive criticism, they claim it's workplace harassment. ..... It's just 'you do you, I do me,' and 'we' means nothing. When did this society become so stingy with the word 'we'? I really like the word 'we' though... Ah, I want to go home quickly and see my family.

As an administrator, you must have felt really frustrated and tired. I often struggle with people at work too, so I totally understand how you feel. I hope you have a warm dinner with your precious family after work.
