Love-Hate Mono

I've probably installed and uninstalled this game, Monopoligo, more than ten times. In the past, I used to repeat missions after achieving them because events for up to city 40 happened more frequently compared to other games. Recently, a time quest for 15000 popped up out of nowhere, so I installed it and played for a day, only to have it cut in half to 7000 lol. I was thinking of doing it, but the time quest disappeared 30 minutes before the waiting time ended. I deleted it out of frustration, but a while later, it reappeared as a 7000 time quest lol. Are they kidding me? It's fine for now since I have enough gems, but this could disappear tomorrow too.
