Any pros know what this is..?
On Reboot, I've seen some players with a crackling electric effect on their character, how do you get that..? (I already bought the DLC..!) I want... the electric effect too.. Also, on Reboot, I've seen some Rangers create a circular target-like thing on zombies, does anyone know what that is..?

The electric effects seem to be from a special skin that costs 30,000 won.

They were created relatively recently, since they came about because of Reboot. As an example with the current event's cash shop purchases: If you buy the Byohee cash shop skin, there are various gacha elements, but when they sold the Kim Junho cash shop skin, you could get effects and change skill impacts. Of course, it seems to apply only to specific skins.
