Newbie here, can I get a team rating?

You can't equip a PS, but it's not bad. I'd recommend the Eldritch. It's possible to go LW too.

I thought you were a beginner too, so why are you so much better than me? ㅠㅠㅠ

If you have 200 million, I'd just upgrade the evolution across the board.

For now, I don't think there's any player that urgently needs to be changed. It would be great if you could apply overall player training and playstyle!!

Cordova is too short, so I don't really like them.

The evolution is generally low.

Change it to Messi's Zirri.

The team isn't beginners, they're super high-tier!

Are you sure you're a beginner??

Just auto-configure for now. Your team's rating is already good, so you probably don't need to do anything else.

First off, it's generally better to evolve them to at least stage 7.

Your team is better than mine. I recommend Valverde.

Anyway, you're much better than my team.

Since both strikers can't head the ball, I think it would be good to replace one of Dembele or Cha Bum-kun with a tall player like Haaland or Mandzukic.

It's not bad.

But you've all given so many suggestions, I don't know what to do. Could you please pick just one that you absolutely have to do, or that you think is the best option...?

It might be good to sell Cha Bum-kun and set up the whole team.

If you're going to use Romero, you can use that, but try to get around 9 copies of Captain Romero to use.

I also recommend selling and re-rolling. If you're going for a single team, I suggest France or PSG.
