Does the Eiffel Tower Grow Taller Every Summer?
The Eiffel Tower, a symbol of Paris, France, can grow up to 15 cm taller in the summer. This is due to 'thermal expansion,' where metal particles become more active and increase in volume as temperatures rise due to heat. Conversely, in winter, the iron contracts and returns to its original size. What's more, because only the side exposed to sunlight expands, the tip of the Eiffel Tower can even tilt slightly away from the sun during the day in the summer.

It's amazing how a metal chunk grows so much every summer! I really like how it moves so smoothly, fitting its size. It's totally my style.

Isn't a 15cm difference quite a lot? It'll probably look bent lololol
