Regarding PlayoBot

Hello! I'm trying to build a PlayoBot and need some advice! I want to utilize this 'knowledge' feature effectively, but I'm not sure what to include. Should I focus on things like how to implement reactions or greetings? Or is it better to incorporate knowledge specific to the board itself? I'm looking for advice from anyone who has experience building bots!
