Weapon question....
Where can I get weapons with higher levels...? Mine is maxed out at 88, but I see others with level 90+ weapons... It seems like there's no way to raise the level other than enhancing them... How do you get them?

If you refine the level 85, +15 enhanced equipment obtained from raids, you'll get level 90 equipment. Each time you run a raid, you'll get a small amount of materials needed for refining.

What the user above said is correct. Also, Lv 88 gear cannot be refined. Only Lv 85 gear can be upgraded to Lv 90 after being reinforced to +15 and then refined.
