If they don't reply for 24 hours, it means they're having a blast on their own.. Worried something might have happened because they're not responding? If something serious happened, the police would call.. Birthday gifts and stuff.. can't you just not give or receive them? Why do something so troublesome? That's what I think.. Especially someone who doesn't understand celebrating birthdays.. Why do we have to celebrate birthdays every year? However.. when it comes to someone they genuinely like, the temperature difference is extreme.. they'll dedicate themselves to their nieces and nephews..

I wonder if there's really a need to put meaning into formal events like birthdays. If you're going by efficiency, it's better not to do them. It seems like everyone just living their lives as they see fit is the best approach.

As an ISTJ, I totally relate.. If someone doesn't contact you -> it just means they're living their life well lololol And birthdays, I totally get that too.. If you don't give and don't receive, that's it.. No need to dwell on it.
