What about me..

Why is everyone asking me if I'm sick today? I'm totally fine.. This morning, I was getting ready early for work and packing documents for court, and someone asked if I could go, offering to go in my place if I was having a hard time.. After observing the trial and coming back, everyone I met said I looked really tired. They asked if I had eaten.. Just now, I ran into the executive director in the elevator... As soon as they saw me, they said, "Are you really sick? Take a rest." "At your age, sickness is a big deal (What about my age? Wanna fight?)" "If you're not busy, take a vacation..." and so on.. Why is everyone acting like this today? I feel really good and my condition is great... I even put on makeup...
