Those who think it's better than the regular Griffin do so because it counters Floating enemies. However, the regular Griffin has the cheat skill 'Attack Up', giving it double the attack power and DPS of Count Griffin, so it can't be said to be better than the regular Griffin. However, it uniquely holds an advantage with its speed of 80, which is 5 faster than the regular Griffin, and it delivers 270,000 damage in an area just like the regular Griffin. With attack cool-down cancellation, it's considered the best variant among the subspecies. As a side note, the regular Griffin's slightly lower speed than Count Griffin sometimes becomes a source of ridicule for the Griffin. However, the difference of 5 is a negligible speed difference, so you don't need to worry about it. Also, the reason 'Survive' is quite good is that when it activates, its HP becomes the same as the regular Griffin's, giving it the advantage of being able to attack one more time than the regular Griffin when 'Survive' is triggered.
