Pokemon Trivia
• The urban legend of a temporary departure: During the Orange Islands arc, Brock (小剛) was temporarily replaced by Tanner (小健). There was a theory that the production team was worried Brock's 'squinty eyes' appearance might perpetuate racial stereotypes of Asians in Western regions. However, he became very popular in the West, while Tanner's popularity remained lukewarm, leading to Brock's swift return in the Johto arc.

🍫✨【Today's Fun Fact | Chocolate Used to Be a 'Drink'!】☕💗
🍫✨【Today's Fun Fact | Chocolate Used to Be a 'Drink'!】✨🍫 Did you know? Chocolate wasn't always the sweet bars we know today. A long time ago, people in Central America would grind cocoa beans and mix them with water to make a drink. It usually tasted quite bitter, very different from the sweet hot chocolate we have now! 😲☕ 🤣 If you traveled back in time and said, "I want a piece of chocolate," you probably wouldn't have gotten one! 🌷 A Sweet Wish: Life is like chocolate; sometimes it's a little bitter, but you'll gradually find sweetness. May your day be filled with more sweetness, more smiles, and a little bit of happiness accompanying you every moment.💗🍀✨

Why can't you eat Red Amaranth (Hong Feng Cai) at night???
The notion that 'Red Amaranth cannot be eaten at night' stems mainly from traditional folk beliefs and concepts in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). From a nutritional and scientific standpoint, it is perfectly safe to consume Red Amaranth in the evening. There are two main reasons why elders might hold this belief: 1. TCM Perspective: Properties are considered 'cooling'. Reason: TCM views Red Amaranth as having a 'cooling' property. During the day, when natural Yang energy is abundant and the body's Yang energy is also strong, it's suitable for digesting cooling foods. However, at night, the body's Yang energy recedes. If one has a constitution that is inherently 'cold' or has a weaker digestive system, consuming cooling vegetables at night can easily lead to diarrhea, cold extremities, or gastrointestinal discomfort. Solution: When cooking, stir-frying with ginger slices, garlic, and sesame oil can effectively neutralize the 'cooling' nature of Red Amaranth, making it safe to eat even at night. 2. Folk Superstition: 'Juice resembles blood' and vampire legends. Reason: When cooked, Red Amaranth releases a purplish-red juice. Older generations, seeing its deep red color, have concocted folk rumors like 'it sucks blood at night' or 'eating it at night doesn't replenish blood but harms the body'. Solution: This is a superstition completely lacking scientific basis. The purplish-red juice of Red Amaranth comes from its rich anthocyanins. It is also packed with iron, anthocyanins, and potassium, making it a highly nutritious vegetable. Summary Recommendation: If you wish to eat Red Amaranth at night, simply remember to stir-fry it after sautéing with ginger slices or sesame oil. This will not only dispel the 'coldness' and make it delicious but also allow you to safely consume its abundant nutrients!

Squirrel Facts
• Forgetful Gardener: Squirrels often forget where they bury their food, unintentionally becoming nature's little foresters. • Versatile Tail: When it's hot, squirrels raise their tails to help cool down, and when they sleep, they curl their tails into a ball for warmth. • Winter Fattening: Before winter arrives, squirrels stuff themselves to get plump and better withstand the cold.
