"Reborn: His Majesty is Too Extreme" (also known as "Reborn: His Majesty is Too Arrogant") Core Protagonist Setup: The female protagonist becomes a character with antisocial tendencies or perverse psychology after reincarnation, while the male protagonist is a criminal psychology expert. Plot Style: Blends suspense, mystery, revenge, and romance elements. The story isn't just a traditional revenge plot to 'scum-bash'; it includes significant psychological warfare, thrills, and emotional tug-of-war, leading to polarized reviews. Review: I read this a long time ago and suddenly remembered it while organizing my book list recently. The female lead in this book is a genuine psycho killer. After a painful past life, she decides to become a demon (a demon disguised as an angel) in this life. The male lead specializes in criminal psychology, particularly fascinated by serial killers – the more twisted, the more attracted he is. He comes to the city where the female lead lives to investigate a case, which leads him to target her and become obsessed, eventually falling in love with her. This book is truly dark and thrilling, but I think I really loved it back then. This book has no morals XDDDD

'Twilight' *Novel/Movie Author: Stephenie Meyer Protagonists: Bella Swan / Edward Cullen Volumes: Complete Tetralogy (Twilight, New Moon, Eclipse, Breaking Dawn) Synopsis: Bella Swan, a girl who considered herself ordinary and even a bit clumsy, thought her life would be mundane after moving to the perpetually rainy town of Forks. That is, until she met Edward Cullen at high school. Edward possessed a mysterious and refined aura, like a perfect statue, with cold skin, pale complexion, and strength and speed far beyond ordinary humans. Even Bella's new friends couldn't help but be filled with curiosity and admiration for the Cullen family. Most importantly, while everyone else was focused on this mysterious family, Bella noticed that Edward seemed uniquely wary and dismissive of her. Bella was initially baffled, but then she began piecing together all the clues—his icy body temperature, his habit of not eating, and his eyes that changed color. Edward wasn't an ordinary human at all; he was a vampire with telepathic abilities. To him, the fatally alluring scent emanating from Bella's blood was the most irresistible temptation he had ever encountered in his life. Ah, the nostalgia! After watching the first movie, I immediately rushed to read the novel. My high school days were spent carrying Twilight to school every day! It was the thickest book I had ever read, and I still felt like there wasn't enough. From then on, I fell in love with translated novels!
