Does this count? Air crash or car accident?

Driving along and suddenly get hit head-on by a 'fighter jet'? This isn't a Hollywood action movie, but an insane accident that actually happened in Yunlin! In this situation, when you call the police, should you report it as a regular car accident, or an 'air crash'? Just this morning, on a road in Shuilin Township, Yunlin, a guy was enthusiastically test-flying his remote-controlled airplane. As soon as the small plane took off, its body wobbled left and right, unstable, and less than 3 seconds after lifting off... with a 'BANG!', it precisely struck a large truck that happened to be passing by! Fortunately, no one was injured in this epic 'ground-air duel,' and the truck only sustained a minor scrape on the left side of its front. After this bizarre dashcam footage was posted in a group, it immediately sparked hilarious replies from netizens: 'This definitely counts as an air crash!' 'The truck took care of it before it could crash.' Even a professional flyer chimed in: 'F-16s are safer to fly on professional runways!'
