Are you saying that the quest in the game, which requires collecting 4000 rubies within 24 hours and rewards 25000 rubies, means there are no gems? If so, I also didn't receive the reward for collecting 4000 rubies within the 24-hour period. The field for it shows 0, just like yours. But I've already screenshotted the quest completion icon. If I don't receive it by evening, I'll contact customer support.

I also just finished the second stage today and saved the third stage to claim tomorrow.

My bad, I wrote phase 3 in phase 2 and phase 4 in phase 3. I already claimed phase 3 today, I'll leave phase 4 for tomorrow.

Yes, didn't I mention in my previous post that it was the same as yours? But strangely, from 12 AM to 7 AM, the multiplier for clearing stages returned to normal. However, after 7 AM, I still can't get gems after clearing, and today is my second time playing. Yesterday, I had a lot of time, but the gem slot for stage clears showed 0. So, I can only get 3x1=6 gems during the short 7-hour period from midnight to morning, and everything else is exactly the same as your situation. Honestly, this is the first time I've played a game that intends to give rewards but delays them and then blames us (others) when something goes wrong, acting like it's our fault. They're really good at shirking responsibility.

If the situation is still the same, I'll probably delete the game. It's useless to keep it, and it's better not to see it.
