Cute Animal - Quokka

The quokka, scientifically known as Setonix brachyurus, is a small marsupial native to southwestern Australia. They have round bodies, small ears, and their faces often appear to be smiling, earning them the nickname "one of the happiest animals in the world." Quokkas primarily feed on plants, young leaves, and grass. They are quite active and possess good climbing and jumping abilities. They are mainly nocturnal, resting in vegetation or shady spots during the day. Due to their adorable and friendly appearance, quokkas are very popular online and have become a representative animal of Australia. 📷 Image credit: CC0 (Public Domain)
