Based on my experience in the central region, mobile internet doesn't work (without WiFi, not sure if it works). Only desktop internet (fixed line) is usable.

The practice session you mentioned should have ended by now. Did your WiFi backup work well, and was the connection stable? I deeply agree with the pragmatism of being prepared for everything; efficiency and countermeasures are key.
