I've played a few rounds now, and I've found that the absolute limit for 'lying flat' players is to defeat the Hunter at Hunter level 10-11, otherwise the door will be broken. Yesterday, I got lucky and the magic box gave me the highest level generator, so I slowly nurtured the Hunter. In the end, only I was left. I had upgraded everything except the turrets to the highest level. Then, as the Hunter's level increased, I also upgraded the turrets. I upgraded them one by one slowly. Then I tested it out, and the absolute limit is to kill him/her at Hunter level 10-11, otherwise you can only wait for death. So if someone is playing as the Hunter, and the door is hard to break, and there are only two people left, try to stall for time until level 10/11. If you're playing as the Hunter, drag it to level 12-13, and even the highest level door won't be able to stop the Hunter. That's my experience.
