Is it wrong not to cooperate?

Our manager..... to be selected as an excellent outstanding manager Keeps telling us to: 1. Talk to every customer. 2. Always proactively ask about customer needs. 3. Go out and provide service on the street from 6:30 AM on Saturdays. 4, 5, 6, 7... With so many demands, Are they paying us extra salary? She says we're selfish and not helping her if we don't cooperate. It's gotten to the point where no one wants to work with her anymore 😑😑😑 If she actually gets selected, it means....... the superiors' eyes........ need surgery 😮💨
