What to do about migraines?
I get migraines every day. I have to take painkillers. But there's a limit to how much painkillers I can take. If I don't take them, my head hurts. If I do take them, they say it causes recurring headaches. So I have a headache every single day. What should I do?

Having to endure this pain every day must be really tough for you, right? Taking too much painkillers does carry a risk of medication-overuse headaches, so you really can't be careless. Have you tried going to the hospital for a detailed check-up? You absolutely must take good care of yourself, got it!

Coffee, peppermint essential oil, painkillers, traditional Chinese medicine conditioning, etc., etc., try everything you can think of~ I decide which one to use based on the level of pain 🤣

Do you have any idea what might be causing it? If you can't figure it out yourself, you might want to see a traditional Chinese medicine doctor. Poor blood circulation can cause headaches, Neck and shoulder pain can also lead to headaches, Not drinking enough water can cause headaches, Heatstroke can also cause headaches, Lack of sleep can cause headaches, Prolonged tension in the scalp can cause headaches, High eye pressure can cause headaches, Being "haunted" can cause headaches, Too many worries can also cause headaches.
