Secrets to Getting the 'Sweating with Manners' Reward with Pikmin

* Enable Background Location and Health Data Sync Set your phone's 'Location Permission' to 'Always Allow' and link the game to Apple Health (iOS) or Google Fit / Health Connect (Android). Turning on 'Low Power Mode' can sometimes restrict background data updates, so it's recommended to turn it off while walking. * Correct Posture and Position for Carrying Your Phone Sensors rely on vibration and displacement. Carrying your phone in your pants pocket or swinging it in your hand records steps more accurately than keeping it in a bulky backpack. Using a watch or wristband to sync health data can also significantly reduce missed steps. * Utilize the 'Planting Flowers' Bonus Mechanism Turn on the flower planting mode before going out. Not only will you get an extra 10% step growth bonus (speeding up Pikmin cultivation), but you can also collect flower rewards, killing two birds with one stone. * Maintain a Stable and Natural Walking Pace The game has a speed limit mechanism (steps are not counted if you exceed approximately 15–20 km/h). Fast travel by bike, car, or subway won't be converted into steps; counting is most accurate when moving at a moderate walking or light jogging pace. * Accumulate Steps Using Daily Fragmented Time Make good use of indoor movement time, such as shopping, walking up stairs, pacing in place at home, or pushing a stroller. As long as you carry your phone in your pocket, you can continuously accumulate steps to reach your goal.
