Rice Cooker Cake
I saw someone introduce how to steam a cake in a rice cooker, so I gave it a try... It turned out pretty good. It's not the fluffy texture of a chiffon cake, it's a bit denser (since I didn't whip the egg whites), but it's still delicious.
