Pandan Leaf Zongzi
In Tainan, typical pandan leaf zongzi are peanut zongzi, while meat zongzi are usually wrapped in bamboo leaves. However, the ones my grandma used to make for me when I was little were meat zongzi wrapped in pandan leaves. I can't find them anywhere in stores, so I had to make them myself... I even took a class beforehand to make sure I didn't mess it up! The pandan leaves were given to me by the mother of my kindergarten teacher's mother-in-law. So grateful!🙏🙏🙏
