Some tips: This build is on a friend's server, pure survival hand-crafted. You can choose a hillside for the foundation. If you plant cherry blossoms early on, it's easier to handle the entrance, blending naturally with the cherry blossom leaves instead of forcing a staircase made of leaves. When building on a cherry tree, remember a few things. I pre-cut two bundles of cherry leaves as spares because when you hollow out a one-block high foundation on the tree, if you cut the topmost wood, your leaves will start to disappear on their own. I used pale oak to add some contrast because I didn't want it to be too monotonous with just pink. As for how you build on the tree, it depends on personal preference and the shape of the tree crown. Initially, since the foliage on both sides was higher, I shaped the middle into a passage resembling a small balcony. I built two rooms, one as a bedroom and the other as a workspace. Of course, considering the number of chests, it will definitely not be enough for long-term survival, so later I added a mining tunnel and a warehouse below the stairs leading down from the entrance.
