The 'Dian Zhengxian' (點爭鮮) is super delicious~
This Dobinmushi (土瓶蒸) is packed with bonito flavor that spreads in your mouth. The scallops and salmon roe are so fresh, they pop in your mouth. The sea urchin has absolutely no fishy taste and is super sweet~ I personally don't think Zhengxian (爭鮮) is good, but I highly recommend 'Dian Zhengxian' (點爭鮮)!
