Can I turn off the internet to avoid ads?

Doing so might bypass ads, but your game server won't be able to sync data with your device, and your quest completion records won't upload. To ensure your progress is saved smoothly, it's recommended to maintain your network connection.

Give it a try

You can try, but there's a high chance you'll have to report it. As for whether reporting it again after you've asked will be successful, I don't know.
