Not the best, but better than the worst
Work stuff is making me annoyed. I can't say this current employer is bad, but compared to the previous one, there's so much less complicated work and way fewer demands. However, this current employer is good at managing people and often gives paid time off. In a week, I can get at least an extra half-day off, sometimes a day and a half (not counting weekends). While paid time off sounds good, the complicated tasks are frustrating, especially the bus fare and subway fare for the week, which I find hard to ask for. After all, I'm getting paid time off all the time (even though it's not my choice to take it).

I used to have a job as a draftsperson, and I often went to the convenience store to pick up things my boss's wife ordered online. If the items weren't good, I'd often go to the convenience store to return them for her. I always used my own scooter.

If they cover transportation costs with paid leave money, I wouldn't mind the transportation fees too much (unless it's a huge amount). (If it's paid leave that the company explicitly grants, not just taking time off because you have nothing to do that day, I think it's acceptable. You'll probably get used to the complicated tasks with a little more time. Keep going!)

Welcome to being my colleague! Our company has no overtime pay, no health insurance or labor insurance, and no motorcycle phone subsidy. We only have minimum wage, group insurance, and a jerk boss who always blames employees for his own mistakes.
