Rip: My 'Entangled' Time with Water Plants

In the early morning, sunlight filtered through the treetops, scattering onto the clear river surface. Little blue otter Rip put on his goggles, bit down on his snorkel, and with full confidence, dove into the water, starting his 'First Day of Diving Training.' At first, everything went smoothly. The underwater world was serene and enchanting. But he never expected the riverbed to be layered with dense water plants. The slippery green vines, as if possessing a will of their own, stealthily wrapped around his tail, limbs, and finally his plump body. Rip's eyes widened in the water as he struggled desperately, "It wasn't voluntary! Let go of me!" However, the more he struggled, the tighter the water plants wrapped around him. By the afternoon, Rip had completely given up resisting, blinking his teary, big eyes in frustration, and like an over-packaged zongzi, he helplessly blurted out, "Help, I've been turned into a work of art." As the sun set, the sky gradually darkened. The entire day passed, and Rip remained tightly bound like this, from morning till night. He simply stopped struggling to swim towards the shore, letting the current lift him and slowly float to the surface. The evening breeze gently blew, and the ripples carried him, swaying slightly. Under the faint starlight and moonlight, Rip became a vibrant green floating buoy on the water. He squinted his eyes, feeling the undulations of the water surface, and surprisingly found a hint of comfort. He softly consoled himself, "Today's achievement: Diving failed, buoy successful. At least... I'm floating very steadily." And so, wrapped in his water plant blanket, Rip spent the longest yet most peaceful night of his diving career on the tranquil river surface.
