The Most Luxurious 'Cat Store Manager' Ever Has Netizens Crying Tears of Envy!

A traditional Chinese medicine shop in Wan Chai, Hong Kong, has recently welcomed a wildly popular 'cat store manager' – a four-month-old female mixed-breed domestic cat named 'Sea Cucumber'. She quickly went viral on social media with a video of herself lounging on a pile of sea cucumbers. Her chubby appearance and her 'meow' response when called have made her incredibly cute and approachable, attracting a large number of citizens and tourists who come specifically to visit and take photos. The owner jokingly said that 'Sea Cucumber' got her name because she loves to lie on sea cucumbers. Once, when he casually called out 'Sea Cucumber,' the cat responded with a 'meow,' and the name stuck. The owner had previously owned a cat named 'Pretty,' but after the cat passed away due to old age, he hadn't gotten another. Earlier this year, a friend's cat had kittens, and he felt it was fate, so he brought 'Sea Cucumber' back to the shop to become the little store manager of the pharmacy. The staff dote on her. They've hung a crocodile head toy by her cage, and they don't skimp on treats. Besides goji berries, the owner also gives her half a wild cordyceps mushroom, worth HK$8,800 per tael, every day. No wonder netizens joke, 'Be a cat, be a dog, but don't be a lover.' Since becoming famous, people visit to see her from morning till night, unintentionally boosting the shop's business by about 30%. However, 'Sea Cucumber' is still very young, and the owner worries she might get overwhelmed. He has set rules, urging fans not to feed her snacks and to avoid contact if she seems unwell, hoping everyone will give her more time to rest. So cute~ The cat looks like it's really good at acting spoiled~ This is a Hong Kong news story... so her snack prices are in Hong Kong dollars... This treatment is way better than a human's 🤣🤣 And this cat even had a fan meeting 🤣
