Nearly jumped out of my skin right there

I nearly jumped out of my skin right there. I originally thought I only had two pulls left for Herrscher of Reason's final CP, and figured I'd wait for a potential rerun like in Girls' Frontline to finish the pulls. Then I planned to use the remaining CP for Herrscher of Flames since I already got the lightning one (guaranteed pity... crying...). I didn't expect to be this lucky, but I still want the character more. So I kept pulling, and didn't get her 🤡. Oh, and I thought their melee weapons counted towards the 'collect three for a collection gun' in the bottom left. Apparently, only characters count. Melee weapons don't. That's why I thought I already had a collection gun. I don't know why they don't count.
