A little cutie sleeping while hugging your arm~

Sunlight filtered through the white sheer curtains, casting a hazy golden glow on the soft bedding. On a weekend morning, I tried to pull my numb arm away, only to wake the little creature in my arms. This peculiar little being is called a Shami. It has a soft, cat-like body but with long, floppy rabbit ears. Its snow-white fur is dotted with light orange-yellow stripes, like freshly baked sweet bread, exuding a pleasant milky scent. Sensing my movement, Shami struggled to open its amber-like golden eyes, the corners slightly drooped with a hint of laziness and petulance. It didn't protest, but instead, extended its two soft little paws and gently rested them on the back of my hand. A blush spread across its pink cheeks, and its eyes half-closed, as if silently pleading, "Don't go, stay and sleep with me a little longer." Seeing its pitiable appearance, my heart softened, and I completely abandoned the idea of getting up. Noticing this, Shami immediately curled up contentedly, draping its soft body over my forearm. Its long rabbit ears lay obediently on the white bedsheet, and its four paws with pink pads tightly hugged my arm, as if embracing the most precious treasure in the world, emitting a faint, steady purr from its throat. The breeze rustled, and sunlight danced on Shami's orange and white stripes. On this lazy morning, there was no need for an alarm clock or haste. The embrace of a peculiar little creature was enough to heal all fatigue. Listening to its steady purr, sleepiness washed over me again.
