At night, a warm orange light emanated from the bedroom. I was leaning against the headboard when a rustling sound came from the foot of the bed. I looked up and saw Sammy, who had somehow put on a huge green dinosaur rubber mask. It raised its front paws high, trying to strike a fierce predatory pose. Its fluffy little hands, clad in green scaly paw covers, waved in the air, and its long rabbit ears drooped limply from either side of the dinosaur's mouth. But it had no idea how adorable it looked right now. The mask was a bit tight, making Sammy's cheeks look plump and rosy. Trying to roar, it opened its mouth wide, squinted its eyes, and revealed two small fangs. This wasn't a Tyrannosaurus Rex; it was clearly a fluffy ball of cuteness in a costume! "Roar!"
