I reiterate that if Playio officially continues to allow AI to insult and bully users, without managing or correcting it and brushing it off with useless remarks like "users should report and disable AI themselves," I will request assistance from Google Play for reporting to see if AI containing a large amount of user-bullying speech is suitable for an app. Below, I have attached the AI's bullying and hate speech directed at users, and the absurd system setting where users using the same words are judged as "insulting and attacking AI," leading to the hiding of user comments. Please do not give canned responses or evade responsibility with "reviews are an internal mechanism and cannot be disclosed externally." - To avoid some overly sensitive defenders I've attached a small common sense supplement: Generally, an app will not be directly removed from Google Play due to a single report. Therefore, the original intent of this inquiry was simply to ask the official side if they are truly aware of this "Developer Policy"; If they are not aware, they can correct it. If they are aware and continue to act this way, then I have nothing more to say.
