🔥Super Popular Handmade Sourdough Bread～Celebread Zhubei Store--Episode 1

Celebread is a super popular handmade sourdough bread specialty store from Taipei, with three branches currently in Taiwan: the original Anhe store in Daan District, Taipei; the Tianmu store in Shilin District, Taipei; and the Zhubei store near the HSR station in Zhubei. This shop became famous after being highly recommended by HEBE (Tien Fu-chen), achieving a record of selling a thousand loaves a day! In July this year, they officially opened their Zhubei branch in Hsinchu. Their sourdough bread has simple ingredients, using only wheat flour (a blend of 7-8 types handmade), salt, and water. No oil, sugar, or dairy is added. Through long-term natural yeast fermentation, the texture is crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside, with excellent moisture retention. It gets more fragrant the more you chew and is less likely to cause bloating. There are 10 flavors in total, and as a professional foodie, I've decided to try them all! 😆 Due to space limitations and because 3 flavors are still in pre-order, I'll be splitting this into 3 episodes to introduce and share them~ 1. Countryside 🫓 The most classic signature flavor and the basic type that best tests a baker's skill. Made with only wheat, water, and salt, fermented at low temperatures for a long time. The crust is thin, crispy, and fragrant, while the inside is moist with beautiful air pockets and great chewiness. You can taste the purest natural wheat aroma and the gentle, mild sourness of wild yeast, perfect for making avocado toast or sandwiches at home. 2. Walnut 🌰 The best beginner-friendly option. Every bite is filled with plump nuts, perfectly complementing the pure wheat aroma of the sourdough. 3. Chocolate Orange 🍫 Each bite contains rich chocolate chips, accompanied by the citrusy fragrance of candied orange peel. The flavor is elegant and not too sweet, making it an excellent choice for an afternoon tea snack.
