Work-related nonsense

A certain bank, just because the name of the chief accountant on the company's financial statements is the same as a high-ranking bank official, sent an 'email' asking the treasury department colleagues to get the ID number of the colleague who stamps this seal. I'm just a small employee, and I happened to be in charge of backend checks, so I had to stamp this seal. I receive less than 40,000 (currency) per month, but I have to bear this responsibility and provide my ID number. The treasury department hasn't provided me with any proof or official document from the bank yet. First thing in the morning, a colleague from the treasury department demanded it in person. Even though they explained it to me again, I just don't want to provide it!! They told me they wouldn't get proof from the bank and asked me what I would do, saying the issue still needs to be resolved and that I should ask my supervisor myself. I'm really furious!! Can I report this as bullying? Hahaha I can refuse to provide my personal information, yet I'm being asked for it like this. Isn't it possible to ask the bank for proof? They're asking for my personal information!! I almost blurted out, 'Then fire me!' I'm so angry!!
