The Birth of a Miracle (The Origin of Christmas)

The Birth of a Miracle (The Origin of Christmas) Over two thousand years ago, a virgin named Mary conceived by the Holy Spirit. The angel Gabriel foretold to her that she would give birth to the Son of God and name him "Jesus." At that time, due to an order from the Roman Emperor for a census, Mary and her husband Joseph traveled to Bethlehem. However, the inns were full, and Jesus was ultimately born in a local manger. This day became the origin of what is known as "Christmas" in later generations.
