Dead Center Pillar, That's Too Accurate!!

This morning on the bus, the driver was treating it like a race car, showcasing some extreme parking skills. The bus stopped perfectly close to the curb, and I was about to silently give the driver a thumbs-up in my head. When we reached my stop, the driver made a cool turn and parked, and the door "swished" open — At that moment, I froze. The door was open, alright, but what greeted me wasn't a spacious bus shelter, but a "bus shelter steel pillar" standing bolt upright, just centimeters from my nose! The driver had parked the bus door precisely in front of the pillar, with a gap so small that even my skinny salaryman body couldn't squeeze through. People behind me, eager to get off, started urging me on. I had no choice but to press myself against the pillar, turning sideways like a gecko and sucking in my gut to try and "squeeze" out. In the end, I practically slid off the bus, my body scraping against the pillar's cold steel frame, having an extremely intimate encounter with it. 💡 Today's realization: The driver's skills are undeniable, but they just forgot to leave space for my belly. 💥 Frustration level: ★★★★☆ ❓ Did anyone record those three seconds of deep embrace with the bus stop pillar just now?
