Speechless and Dumbfounded

Because I always double-check with customers before making their orders, I encountered two hilarious customers today. The first one looked like a tourist with a large group. It seemed like the mom wanted to eat something and sent her son to ask. 'Hello, I'd like one You Guo,' the customer said. I replied, 'Okay,' and started draining the oil from the You Guo. Then he added, 'Excuse me, is You Guo the same as Wan Guo?' I answered, 'They're different! You Guo has taro inside.' Then he went back to his mom, and she said, 'No, we don't want it anymore.' 'Seriously? The sign for Wan Guo would say Wan Guo, right? Mine says You Guo!' I exclaimed. The second customer, a mom with glasses, told me she wanted two Rou Zong placed together. I said, 'Okay,' and asked, 'Two Rou Zong together?' She confirmed, 'Yes.' Because Rou Zong isn't soaked in oil, it's steamed in a separate rice cooker and kept warm. When she saw me open the rice cooker, she said, 'This isn't Rou Zong, it's Rou Yuan.' I said, 'You asked for Rou Zong earlier, but this is Rou Yuan. Please confirm.' So, I made it for her. I was truly speechless and dumbfounded, not knowing what to say!!!
