My nose is always allergic and it's super uncomfortable
My wife asked if I wanted to try using a nasal irrigator, saying she saw a doctor online who said it could relieve nasal discomfort. After discussing it, we bought one. Using it once in the evening before bed really helped me sleep better. Later, I started using it when my allergies were severe in the morning too. Now, if I don't use it, I feel a bit weird.
