Hot weather calls for delicious ice cream <I-Mei Brownie Ice Cream>

It's so hot today, and this ice cream looked really delicious. I bought one to try. I fell in love with it after the first bite. The outer cookie is crispy, and the chocolate inside isn't too sweet. There are also small brownie chunks inside, and the texture when you bite into them is absolutely amazing. It's so good, I only remembered to take a picture halfway through eating it (I removed the messy background directly XD). I threw away the packaging, so I had to grab a product image from I-Mei's Facebook. If you like chocolate ice cream, you should definitely give this a try!! I'm planning to find some time to buy a few more boxes to stock up my freezer.
