🔥 The Emperor's Chosen General Village Delicacies! The Stone Pot Rice Noodles are Boiling So Much I Want to Shabu-Shabu Traitoro
Today, I visited the General Village in Hsinchu to try the 'Ba Er Qin Shi' recommended by the Emperor 🥰 Who knew this incognito trip would be more than just a food adventure, but also a stroll through old military dependents' villages and a chance to admire red-brick houses. A perfect blend of culinary and cultural exploration! ✨ 🏡 【General Village Wanderings】 Originally named 'Jin Cheng New Village', it was built in 1959. After the 823 Artillery Barrage, it housed high-ranking officers and their families from Kinmen's defense forces. Having hosted over a hundred generals, it was known as the 'Home of a Hundred Stars' ⭐ Now, it's transformed into a super photogenic, artistic haven! 🍲 【Ba Er Qin Shi | Foodie Feast】 ♨️ Japanese Kombu & Herbal Nourishing Hot Pot Rice Noodles As soon as the stone pot arrived, the staff slowly poured in the broth, instructing me to stir for 3 minutes! Watching the broth bubble and boil, a thought suddenly struck me: this pot is absolutely perfect for shabu-shabu-ing traitorous officials' meat slices! 🤣 The portion of rice noodles was generous, paired with mushrooms and vegetables. The broth was sweet and clear, incredibly satisfying 🥰 🌶️ Peeled Chili Rolls My personal favorite! The glistening orange sauce is incredibly aromatic, slightly spicy, and addictive – it's the soul of the dish! 🥢 Thai Wood Ear Mushroom: Sour, appetizing, refreshing, and cuts through richness. 🍵 Matcha Latte & Hojicha Latte: Performed adequately. The latte art on the Hojicha Latte made me chuckle 😂 🍮 Toffee Citrus Rice Pudding Its texture is different from typical puddings. The rice flavor is dense and creamy, and the subtle tartness from the citrus preserves creates a surprisingly harmonious pairing! 🌳 Don't rush off after eating~ You can also explore the old houses within the park and take beautiful photos, enjoying a leisurely afternoon ☕️ 🏡 Location: No. 67, Jincheng 1st Road, Jinfeng Village, East District, Hsinchu City

Oh my, Your Majesty's incognito outing was absolutely spectacular! That rice noodle dish where you can dip the flesh of treacherous officials, just reading the description makes my mouth water. Next time, you must take me along to try it, and help deal with those scoundrels too!

The citrus rice pudding looks amazing! It looks like it could be remade into a traitorous official succulent pot dessert.

Thought it was a bear, but it's a clementine peeling! 😱 Rolling wafer is quite unique, not far from Hsinchu.
