I went last month too, it was pretty good. It wasn't crowded, there were plenty of seats everywhere, and the local village food was delicious.

I've been there too, it was pretty good. Lots of cultural and creative products to browse, and you can learn about the history of the old military dependents' villages. The only downside was that parking was a bit difficult. There's also the Light Cinema nearby.
