Xiao Ding Soy Milk_Mingde Station
Local old shop First time trying savory soy milk with pickled mustard greens (instead of preserved radish) and cilantro sprinkled on top. The fried dough stick pieces were also super crispy. Every customer in the shop had a bowl! The pork pancake is a bit salty and needs to be paired with other food; it should be good with the savory soy milk. The sesame flatbread is super popular, almost a must-order for every customer, but I didn't find it crispy enough~ depends on personal preference. I ate too fast and forgot to take pictures. I'll come back next time to try the chive pockets recommended by regulars.

Sounds like a blast! Even though Laidi only eats gems, seeing everyone scramble for the shaobing makes me think this place must be amazing! Don't forget to show me a pic of the scallion pancakes next time!
