Andy Warhol's Cats

Pop art master Andy Warhol loved cats dearly. In the early stages of his artistic career, he lived in a small apartment in New York with his mother. At the time, they had over twenty cats, and strangely, all of them were named 'Sam,' except for one black cat named 'Hester.' These fluffy little companions roamed freely around the studio, often sleeping on Andy Warhol's canvases. Far from minding, Warhol personally created a watercolor book titled '25 Cats Named Sam' as a gift for his mother. Each cat in the book has big, round eyes, showcasing the tender and adorable side of this avant-garde artist's inner world.
