Midnight Strange Sound Incident

It was late at night, and the forest was silent. Mo Mo, who was on patrol, suddenly heard a strange sound. "Gulu… Gulu… Snore…" Mo Mo perked up its ear feathers and looked around vigilantly. "What's that sound? Why is there a strange noise in the forest so late at night?" Mo Mo spread its wings and quietly flew deeper into the forest, following the sound. After flying past a few large trees, Mo Mo finally found the source of the sound – it was Pompo! Pompo was curled up under a tree, fast asleep, its round body rising and falling slightly with each breath. Its rosy cheeks were pressed against the ground, and it was sleeping soundly. Every time it snored, tiny transparent bubbles would form in front of its nose. "Snore~ Snore~" Mo Mo's eyes widened in disbelief. "So it was you snoring all along!" It quietly flew to a nearby branch and grabbed a thin twig with leaves using its claws. "Hehe… Let's let you keep sleeping so comfortably." Mo Mo eyed Pompo's position and released its claws. "Thwack!" The twig fell onto Pompo's head, and a few leaves fluttered down with it. Pompo's snoring stopped abruptly. It slowly opened one eye, lifting its head groggily, with the twig and leaves still dangling from its head. "…Huh?" Pompo blinked, its head feeling fuzzy, completely unaware of what had happened. It looked left, then right. "That's weird… What was that just now?" Pompo was silent for a few seconds, then finally let out a small yawn. "…Never mind, I'll just go back to sleep."
