Shake Garlic in a Container to Peel in Seconds

Need to use a lot of garlic for stir-fries but hate peeling each clove with your fingernails until your fingertips hurt and your hands smell like garlic? Separate the garlic cloves, put them directly into a "plastic food container" with a lid or an empty glass jar. Close the lid tightly and shake it up and down vigorously for twenty seconds, just like shaking a drink! The garlic cloves will bump against each other inside the container, and the dry skins will automatically crack and peel off. When you open the lid, you can pick out the clean garlic cloves, and your hands won't smell at all!
