However, he then told others, 'She promised we'd live together after marriage, but then she broke up with me on Christmas. This woman set me up, she's a bad woman.' The man chatted frequently, and the woman, being polite to a customer, responded. However, he mistook her politeness for affection and believed they were dating and getting married.
