Has anyone actually qualified to get the gems? I've tried so many but keep getting disqualified. How do I qualify?

I successfully got it. He said it would take about 6 minutes, but it actually took me around 20 minutes, and I filled it out very seriously. Some questions were repeated, and I think they use that to judge if you're filling it out diligently.
