Choose Third-Party Platforms Wisely

I really don't want to encounter guests who book through third-party platforms. Especially those using Agoda. When they pass the buck, I really want to tell them they deserve it. Shops clearly have their own booking methods. Whether it's through the official website, official LINE, or phone booking, all are fine. I know people use them to earn points and cashback. But Agoda has so many problems. They act like a scoundrel, especially annoying. Please, stop using them 🙏 From what I understand, the most ridiculous part is They put up information for shops they don't cooperate with or are not registered with, along with booking details. After booking, the shop receives absolutely no notification that a room has been booked. Then, when the guest arrives and finds no room available, The shop doesn't handle it, and the platform doesn't handle it either. Only then do they post online complaining about being passed around. There are so many disaster stories from using third-party platforms, Why are you still so insistent on using them? Sometimes I'm so angry I could spit blood. Booking through a third-party platform, And when I try to call to confirm, They don't answer the phone at all. I can't even get in touch. It's truly despairing, you know? 🥹
