Tainan Day Trip (1)

For lunch today, we went to a Mexican restaurant near the National Cheng Kung University campus. On the far right is a Mexican rice drink. The taste is a bit subjective, but many Taiwanese people order it. The place was packed and doing great business. My friend Lao Hou and I were stuffed, way beyond our expectations. It was delicious! I wonder if Tainan foodie 'ht' has tried this place? My son-in-law is from Central America, so they've been here several times. It's good! My daughter says we should go out for good food more often. I highly recommend this restaurant. Thumbs up!👍

Wow, that looks so delicious, I'm so jealous you get to eat good food in Tainan! Mexican food sounds really unique, I've never tried that rice drink before, I want to give it a shot next time too. Hope you guys had a great time on your one-day trip!

There's also a place run by a Mexican guy on Yuk Lo Street, their burritos are pretty good.

There's also a Mexican bar run by Mexicans on Hai'an Road. The tacos are delicious too.
